This Privacy Policy explains how Linkzone Global FZ-LLC ("Linkzone", "we", "us"), a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Development Authority and headquartered at in5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal data through this website and our venture waitlists. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").
1. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), your area of interest, and the message you send us.
- Waitlists (EsteemBooks, LinkMe): your business name and work email address.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying technical information needed to serve the website. We do not currently run advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To notify waitlist members about the launch of the relevant product — and nothing else.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing unrelated to what you asked for.
3. Legal basis

6A. Payment card data
Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider over a secured connection. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
6B. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and improve the site, but only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar. Until then, nothing is sent to Google Analytics and no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics may process your IP address and device information; we do not use it for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the homepage. Our hosting platform also records basic usage statistics needed to run and secure the site, and the site stores your cookie choice in your browser.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals and are not intended for children under 18.
