These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at linkzoneglobal.com (the "Site"), operated by Linkzone Global FZ-LLC ("Linkzone", "we", "us"), a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Development Authority, headquartered at in5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site, you accept these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
2. Our ventures and information
The Site describes ventures operated or developed by Linkzone, including Beyond Walls, PilotHobb, Virtual Developers, EsteemBooks and LinkMe. Information about products marked as "coming" or "in development" — including features, dates and the regulatory timeline for UAE e-invoicing — is provided in good faith for general information, may change, and does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of availability, or professional (including tax or legal) advice.
3. Waitlists and enquiries
Joining a waitlist or submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve pricing, or guarantee access to any product. Any engagement with our studio, Virtual Developers, is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price and terms.
3A. Payments, delivery and refunds
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website or via a payment link, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. We do not store card details.
- Services are delivered digitally — subscriptions are activated immediately or within 24 hours of payment; project work follows the timeline in the agreed proposal.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
- Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Linkzone's policies and rules.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
- Users under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including the Linkzone name, the Infinity Link mark, venture names and logos, text, graphics and design — are the property of Linkzone Global FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent, except for fair personal, non-commercial reference.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to venture websites and third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and online, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkzone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information on it.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
